More About Me
About
Daughter, wife and friend. In love with sunsets, morning latte ́s and dogs.
Faithful believer of the universe ́s force and the eternal balance in life. In love with animals and a great admirer of nature and its wonders. A soul in constant movement, transformation and growth.
- I believe through yoga we connect in a deeper level of consciousness.
- I believe nature has a calming effect on the body and in the mind, a feeling of : I´m home.
- I believe that we must do things out of love, for ourselves. (not fear, not revenge, not anger.. even if the result is the same, if it comes from love, is a whole different sensation.
- I believe that everything that happens to us phisically, affects us emotionally and every emotion also affects us phisically.
My Philosophy:
I’m not here to teach you how to live in a bubble of perpetual peace. Life brings loss, change, stress, injuries, and days where you’re just barely surviving. I’ve had them too, and I still do.
My approach is practical: it’s about learning to live with what life brings us and making the most of it. It’s about using movement, breath, and conscious touch to navigate the chaos, not to run from it. I believe in doing things from a place of self-love, which is the most powerful engine for true change
What I Offer Today: A Space to Rebalance
With 15 years of experience, my principle is clear: the practice adapts to you. There is no single mold. Each session responds to your energy, your experience, and your needs today.
My mission is to give you a safe space and real tools. In the middle of the world’s noise, my sessions are a space for you to stop, breathe, and recharge. Not to escape your life, but to return to it with more presence, resilience, and balance.
I invite you to this experience, whether in an individual session or to create a unique moment for a group: for a birthday, a bachelorette party, a trip with friends, or any celebration where well-being is the best gift.
