Meet me for a yoga session adapted to your style and level.
Our Yoga time together will have breathing exercises and tecniques, a sequence adapted for your needs and a long savasana with the healing touch of music, singing bowls or some thai massage.
Duration 60 min.
EARTH
Solid foundation, in your practice: like a mountain, allow yourself to feel the strength and stability within you.
Focus on rooting down and grounding yourself.
Grounding is great for anxiety and calming the body & mind. Plant the seeds: what do you want to cultivate during the session, to witness it bloom in your life.
WATER
This element is associated with emotions, purification & healing.
It is very important to remember that humans are mostly water-based. So our entire being already resonates with water,
When balanced and activated, energy flows freely, you can be open, connect with others easily and you are able to let things go.
FIRE
Activating the fire element brings about this sense of transformation within us. It represents the discipline, the willpower we apply toward our life goals.
To light your fire, think, “move, stimulate, and energize.”
An excess of fire may manifest when you feel nervous and anxious or when you experience poor digestion or difficulty sleeping. You may find yourself working overtime with a burning need for perfection, and competition, which can result in feelings of irritation, frustration.
AIR
Its your breath and its the vital force, yet many times and most of the day we breath in an automatic, superficial way.
Your breath is the power of your mind, when you connect with this element, it rules communication & new begginings.
Air is the bridge between fire & water.
SPACE (ETHER)
Unlimited potencial, pure energy
The final stop on our journey through the elements is ether , it helps us cultivate more clarity. to feel confident, to honor our boundaries.
Moving from the stability of earth, through the flow of water, the passion of fire, and lightness of air, we reach the element that makes everything else possible: ether or ‘space’; It is both nothing and everything at the same time. It’s stillness, yet it’s the very thing that makes all movement and life possible.
YOUR YOGA, YOUR TIME, YOUR PLACE.
